BRIDAL ABOUT FACE
6 STEPS FOR GLOWING SKIN ON YOUR WEDDING DAY
Here come the brides and all eyes on you! Not to mention photos that will live on forever, you’ll want to have a flawless face free of dry skin, blemishes, and other skin impurities.
Step 1. Start early. Don’t leave it until the last minute to think about your skin – the longer you have to correct any skin issues, the better. Start your routine at least 6 months in advance.
As far as products go, everyone’s skin reacts differently. Starting your regimen this far in advance will give you the chance to visit a trained professional esthetician who can take out all of the guesswork.
Step 2. Drink plenty of water and green tea. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! We are all made up of cells and they are immersed in H20. Are bodies are made up of 75% water, so that means are diets should be made up of 75% water. Eat watermelons, kale, and other superfoods that are also hydrating. As an added bonus they are healthy and can help you to shed unwanted pounds before your big day.
Step 3. Exfoliate. To get a healthy glow … exfoliate!
As we age the cell renewal process slows and in turn, dead cells rest on the top layer of skin, leaving it dull and lifeless looking. Not a look a bride is going for not matter what her age.
Step 4. If you are dieting, remember to take a good multi-vitamin supplement as well. If you aren’t having the correct amount of nutrients that your body needs, it will show in your hair, skin and nails. Omega oils are also great for your skin and body.
Step 5. Wear sunscreen. If you’re getting married in the summer, make sure you wear SPF50 every day, before the wedding. Don’t risk sunbathing. Even if you do tan rather than burn, you don’t want to be the darkest one in your photos. Getting used to wearing sunscreen every day is not only good for your wedding day, but every day. Protect your beautiful assets, now and you will have them when you get older.
